Who We Are
Austin received his CrossFit Lv 1 in July of 2022. He has been programming his own workouts following a combination of his past favorite training plans both out of and within CrossFit. He is working to include an athlete track that will help improve specific athlete movements, a daily track that will provide a daily WOD, and recovery routines to share within this community as part of the longterm plan. Stay tuned for more information coming in 2025.
